Tim was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in the spring of 2006 from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science in History. He went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2009. During his time in law school, Tim served as an Articles Editor on the University of Missouri-Kansas City Law Review and as a pro se writ clerk for the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. During law school, Tim also received Cali Excellence Awards for highest course grades in: Torts, Property II, Civil Procedure II, Evidence, and Constitutional Law II.

Tim started with Hall Ansley after graduating law school. Since starting with the firm, Tim has been extensively involved in all stages of civil litigation. Tim’s practice is particularly focused on the area of employment law (including discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and § 1983 claims). In addition, he also extensively practices in the areas of medical negligence, personal injury, and municipal law. Tim possesses experience in all stages of litigation, including the drafting and filing of petitions, discovery, the successful creation and argument of dispositive motions, and the presentation of cases to judges and juries.

Tim and his wife Kristen are happily married with two sons. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and following the St. Louis Cardinals.

Benjamin Stringer is a trial lawyer who dedicates his practice to two areas of law:

(1) people injured through negligence, including medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, product defects or other accidents resulting in serious physical injury or death;

(2) employees subjected to discrimination, harassment, unfair employment conditions and other civil rights violations.  

Ben has obtained tens of millions of dollars in compensation for victims of negligence and employees subjected to unfair working conditions, having settled and gone to trial to secure several multi-million dollar results in the just the past few years.

Ben has been a featured speaker for The Missouri Bar Association, The Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and numerous other organizations on matters involving personal injury, employment law issues and trial strategies. In recognition of his work in these fields, Ben has been named a Missouri and Kansas “Super Lawyer”.  Ben is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorney’s Board of Governors and leads the Employment Law Group at Hall Ansley.

Ben and his wife, Kris, have been married over 20 years and have two teenage children.  Ben enjoys running, cycling, and competing in triathlons, including the 2017 Ironman 70.3 World Championships.

Adam grew up in a military family that was stationed in Germany, Okinawa, and Hawaii, among other places. He has made Springfield his home since earning his law degree in 2007 from the University of Missouri-Columbia where he served on the Missouri Law Review. Adam began his career with Hall Ansley, P.C. immediately after law school and he has been zealously advocating for his clients ever since. His experience lies in civil trial practice, focusing in the areas of medical negligence, personal injury, employment law and consumer law He possesses experience in all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and jury trials.

Adam is a former Board Member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association (SMBA), and currently sits on the Board for the SMBA Foundation. He is a 2017 Super Lawyer ‘Rising Star’ in the area of medical negligence. In 2011, Adam was elected by his peers to represent District 11 (encompassing nine Missouri counties) on the Missouri Bar’s Young Lawyers’ Section Council, and served in that capacity until 2017.  In 2013, Adam served as Chair of the SMBA Law Day Committee, and in 2009, the Missouri Bar selected him as one of only 18 attorneys statewide to participate in the 2009-2010 Missouri Bar Leadership Academy.

In his free time Adam enjoys spending time with his family (which includes his wife, Stacy, and sons, Max and Sam).
